By downloading, installing, or using the QuickBuddy app, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced here.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the QuickBuddy app and services. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
QuickBuddy connects users with local vendors for delivery of groceries, home essentials, fruits, vegetables, and other daily needs. We act as a facilitator and are not responsible for the quality, availability, or pricing of third-party goods or services.
You must register an account with accurate details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Product prices are displayed in the app and may vary by location or vendor.
Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), or wallet balance.
QuickBuddy reserves the right to update prices and cancel orders in case of errors or unavailability.
Users can cancel orders before dispatch.
If an order is canceled or undeliverable, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
Refunds may take 5–7 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and vendor availability.
QuickBuddy is not liable for delays but will strive to deliver orders promptly.
You agree not to:
Misuse the app or services.
Provide false information or impersonate others.
Violate local, state, or national laws.
All content on QuickBuddy (logos, text, images, software) is the property of IPlex Technologies Private Limited or its partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
QuickBuddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or services.
QuickBuddy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
