Welcome to QuickBuddy. QuickBuddy is a technology-enabled platform that connects customers with local merchants, restaurants, pharmacies, delivery partners, and ride drivers through a single application.
By downloading, accessing, registering with, or using the QuickBuddy mobile application, website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other policies or guidelines applicable to the services you use.
Please read these Terms carefully before using QuickBuddy.
By accessing or using QuickBuddy, you acknowledge that:
You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree to our Privacy Policy and other applicable QuickBuddy policies.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the QuickBuddy application or services.
These Terms constitute an agreement between you and IPlex Technologies Private Limited.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use QuickBuddy services.
By using QuickBuddy, you represent and warrant that:

QuickBuddy provides a technology platform through which users may access or request various local services, including:
Ordering groceries, fruits, vegetables, household products, stationery, personal care products, and other daily essentials from participating local stores and merchants.
Ordering food and beverages from participating restaurants and food outlets.
Accessing eligible products from participating pharmacies and healthcare-related merchants, subject to applicable laws and product restrictions.
Requesting local transportation and delivery of eligible parcels and items between designated pickup and drop-off locations.
Booking local transportation through participating drivers and vehicles available through the QuickBuddy platform.
Discovering and purchasing products and services offered by participating local businesses.
Service availability may vary depending on your location, operating hours, vendor availability, driver availability, applicable regulations, and other operational factors.
QuickBuddy primarily operates as a technology platform and facilitator connecting customers with participating merchants, restaurants, pharmacies, delivery partners, and drivers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Products are supplied by participating merchants/vendors.
Food is prepared and supplied by participating restaurants.
Pharmacy products are supplied by participating pharmacies.
Delivery services may be performed by participating delivery partners.
Rides may be provided by participating drivers/service providers.
QuickBuddy does not manufacture or directly produce most products listed by third-party merchants.
Accordingly, product availability, quality, quantity, packaging, preparation, pricing, and other characteristics may be the responsibility of the respective merchant or service provider, subject to applicable law and QuickBuddy's platform responsibilities.
To use certain QuickBuddy services, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your account information updated.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Not share your account with unauthorized persons.
Immediately notify QuickBuddy if you suspect unauthorized access.
Take responsibility for activities conducted through your account.
You must not create an account using another person's identity or information without authorization.
QuickBuddy may require additional verification for certain services or transactions.
When placing an order:
Product availability is subject to the participating vendor's current inventory.
Displayed product images may be representative and may vary from the actual product.
Product descriptions and specifications are provided based on available information.
Prices may vary by location, merchant, time, promotions, taxes, or other applicable factors.
An order may be rejected, modified, or cancelled if a product is unavailable or information displayed on the platform contains an error.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled and the customer has already made an eligible payment, a refund may be processed according to the QuickBuddy Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For food delivery:
Restaurants are responsible for preparing food according to the order received.
Preparation times may vary.
Food items may become unavailable.
Once food preparation has started, cancellation may be restricted.
Customers should verify their order upon delivery and report eligible issues promptly.
Food-related refunds, cancellations, missing items, incorrect items, or quality-related complaints are subject to the applicable QuickBuddy policies.
Pharmacy and healthcare-related services may be subject to additional legal, regulatory, prescription, age, product, and vendor requirements.
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate information where required.
Provide valid documentation or prescription information where applicable.
Not misuse pharmacy-related services.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Certain pharmacy or healthcare products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after fulfilment.
QuickBuddy may provide a ride-booking facility connecting customers with participating drivers.
Customers may request a ride by providing:
Pickup location
Destination
Applicable ride type
Other information required by the application
Ride availability depends on driver availability, location, operating conditions, and other factors.
The applicable fare may depend on factors such as:
Ride type
Distance
Duration
Applicable rates
Waiting time
Taxes or other applicable charges
Promotional discounts
Other applicable fees
The fare or estimated fare may be displayed in the QuickBuddy application.
Submitting a ride request does not necessarily guarantee immediate driver assignment. QuickBuddy may attempt to locate an available driver.
Customers may cancel rides subject to the applicable cancellation rules. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the ride status, driver assignment, driver arrival, waiting time, or other applicable conditions.
Please refer to the QuickBuddy Cancellation Policy for detailed ride cancellation rules.
Drivers are expected to provide services professionally and safely. Customers should also behave respectfully and comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.
QuickBuddy may investigate complaints involving customers or drivers and may take appropriate action.
For parcel delivery services:
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that parcels comply with QuickBuddy's applicable restrictions.
QuickBuddy may refuse or cancel delivery requests involving prohibited, restricted, dangerous, illegal, or otherwise unacceptable items.
Delivery charges may vary depending on distance, service type, location, time, and other applicable factors.
Cancellation charges may apply after a delivery partner has been assigned or the parcel has been collected.
Customers must not use QuickBuddy to transport illegal, hazardous, prohibited, or restricted goods.
Prices, fares, delivery charges, service fees, taxes, discounts, and other applicable charges may be displayed in the QuickBuddy application.

Credit/Debit Cards
Net Banking
Digital Wallets
Cash on Delivery, where available
Other payment methods supported by QuickBuddy
QuickBuddy reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, promotions, and payment options at any time.
Where a pricing or system error is identified, QuickBuddy may correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected transaction.
QuickBuddy may provide promotional offers, coupons, discounts, referral benefits, or other incentives.
Such offers may:
Have specific eligibility requirements.
Have an expiry date.
Be limited to certain users, locations, vendors, products, or services.
Not be combined with other offers.
Be withdrawn or modified where permitted.
QuickBuddy reserves the right to reject or cancel promotional benefits where misuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of promotional terms is suspected.
Customers may cancel eligible orders or rides according to the applicable cancellation rules.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the order or ride status.
Refunds are subject to the QuickBuddy Refund, Cancellation & Ride Policy.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, bank, payment gateway, card issuer, UPI provider, or other financial institution.
Delivery and ride times displayed in the application are generally estimates and not guaranteed arrival times.
Delays may occur due to:
Traffic
Weather
Vendor preparation time
Driver availability
High demand
Road conditions
Technical issues
Local restrictions
Events or circumstances beyond reasonable control
QuickBuddy will make reasonable efforts to provide services within the estimated timeframe but does not guarantee a specific delivery or arrival time unless expressly stated.
You agree to use QuickBuddy responsibly and lawfully.
You must not:
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Impersonate another person.
Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
Misuse coupons, promotions, or referral programs.
Attempt to manipulate pricing, fares, ratings, or platform systems.
Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate vendors, delivery partners, drivers, or QuickBuddy personnel.
Use the platform for illegal activities.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to QuickBuddy systems.
Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Interfere with the operation of the platform.
Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or abuse platform information without authorization.
Use QuickBuddy to transport prohibited or illegal goods.
Submit fraudulent refund or complaint claims.
Customers are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions while using QuickBuddy services.
For rides:
Customers should follow applicable traffic and safety requirements.
Customers should not request drivers to violate traffic laws.
Customers should not carry prohibited items.
Customers should behave respectfully toward drivers.
Customers should use appropriate safety equipment where required by law.
QuickBuddy may take appropriate action where safety concerns are identified.
QuickBuddy may allow customers to rate or review vendors, delivery partners, drivers, and services.
Reviews and feedback should be:
Honest
Relevant
Respectful
Based on genuine experiences
You must not submit fake reviews, manipulate ratings, threaten users in exchange for ratings, or post defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content.
QuickBuddy may remove content that violates applicable guidelines or laws.
QuickBuddy may work with independent merchants, restaurants, pharmacies, delivery partners, drivers, payment providers, and other third-party service providers.
Their services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
QuickBuddy may facilitate communication and transactions between customers and third parties but does not control every aspect of their independent operations.
Where an issue arises with a third-party service, QuickBuddy may assist with resolution in accordance with applicable policies and laws.

is owned by or licensed to IPlex Technologies Private Limited or the applicable rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, license, or commercially exploit QuickBuddy's intellectual property without prior written authorization.
Your use of QuickBuddy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
QuickBuddy may collect and process information necessary to provide services, including information relating to:
Account registration
Orders
Payments
Delivery
Ride bookings
Customer support
Location information where required for applicable services
Device and application usage
Such information will be handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy and laws.
Certain QuickBuddy services, particularly delivery and ride booking, may require location information.

Submits repeated fraudulent claims.
Abuses promotions or payment systems.
Creates safety risks.
Uses the platform for unlawful purposes.
Attempts to compromise QuickBuddy systems.
Engages in serious misconduct.
Where appropriate, QuickBuddy may also take other lawful measures to protect users, merchants, drivers, delivery partners, and the platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuickBuddy and IPlex Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or services.
QuickBuddy does not guarantee that:
The application will always be available without interruption.
Every vendor, product, driver, or service will always be available.
Estimated delivery or ride times will always be achieved.
Platform information will always be completely error-free.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
QuickBuddy shall not be responsible for delays or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Floods
Fire
Government restrictions
Public emergencies
Strikes
Civil disturbances
Infrastructure failures
Internet or telecommunications failures
Widespread technical outages
Other unforeseen circumstances
QuickBuddy will make reasonable efforts to resume affected services when circumstances permit.
QuickBuddy may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, vendor, payment method, ride type, or other platform functionality from time to time.
We may also update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, technology, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.
The updated Terms will be made available through the application or website. Continued use of QuickBuddy after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of QuickBuddy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the applicable QuickBuddy Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and other policies referenced herein, constitute the terms governing your use of QuickBuddy services.
