At QuickBuddy, we strive to ensure that your shopping and delivery experience is smooth, satisfying, and hassle-free. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund and cancellation process.
Orders can be cancelled without any charge before the order is packed or dispatched.
Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted.
To cancel an order, go to the “My Orders” section in the app and tap “Cancel” (if eligible).
We may cancel your order due to:
Unavailability of products
Incorrect address or contact information
Delivery restrictions in your area
In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
You cancel the order before it is packed or dispatched.
Order is cancelled by QuickBuddy due to unavailability or system error.
You received damaged, expired, or wrong items (photo proof required within 12 hours).
Non-delivery due to service failure on our part.
Change of mind after order dispatch
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the user
Failed delivery attempts due to unreachable phone or absence at delivery location
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
For COD orders, refund will be issued as QuickBuddy wallet credit or to bank account (upon request).
Refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Since we deal in perishable goods (groceries, fruits, vegetables, etc.), we do not accept returns unless:
Items are damaged or spoiled
You received wrong items
In such cases, please contact customer support within 12 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
